The ground floor consists of a living room with open kitchen and bathroom. You enter the house through your own private terrace where you will immediately find a spacious seating area with sofa and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric hob and dishwasher.
Via the stairs you reach the top floor with two bedrooms, each with two box-spring beds of 90 cm wide.
The house is heated by a central heat pump, downstairs via underfloor heating and upstairs via special radiators with ventilation function. You can set the desired temperature yourself with the living room thermostat.
The house has 1 private parking space. You can store bicycles in the bicycle shed at the parking lot.
This house is part of the "Hof Molenerve", which in addition to this house also offers two B&B rooms. Are you coming with more than 4 people? The two rooms are directly adjacent to the house (with sufficient privacy) and are therefore ideal to combine with the holiday home.
